SHIPPING POLICY

SK Sundara Kayakalp currently ships orders across India.

Order Processing
Orders are generally processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery
• Kerala: approximately 3–5 business days
• Rest of India: approximately 5–8 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier availability, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the order and delivery location and will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Free shipping may be offered on orders that meet the minimum order value displayed at checkout.

Shipping Partner
Orders may be shipped through India Post Speed Post or other trusted courier partners selected by SK Sundara Kayakalp.

Tracking
Once an order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided to the customer where available.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number. Additional charges for re-shipping an order due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be borne by the customer.

Delays
SK Sundara Kayakalp is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, government restrictions, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, along with photographs of the product and packaging, so that we can assist you.
